Leading manufacturers and retailers in New Zealand can become ENERGY STAR partners.
In doing so, they demonstrate their commitment to our environment and to helping consumers choose energy efficient products.
An ENERGY STAR retail partner, for example, may commit to ensuring all products they sell that qualify for ENERGY STAR carry the distinctive blue label and be clearly visible throughout all stores.
They make sure their staff are trained to answer customer questions about energy efficient appliances and ENERGY STAR, including the benefits of purchasing these products.
